Loughborough Aerials have been carrying out various works for Loughborough & Bosworth Borough Council. They have carried out I.R.S. at large complexes and also undertaken the replacement of regular aerials. They have also updated all analogue aerials to digital.

We as a department have always found Multi-Vision to be very constructive in their approach as well as willing and helpful. They have a reputation for responding promptly to enquiries and have been employed as contractors for over seven years.

I discovered that I needed a new aerial so I looked through the yellow pages and saw your very impressive entry in it. I rang about 9am and was told to expect an aerial rigger between 1pm and 4pm. The gentleman arrived at 1pm and I was impressed by the smartness and politeness of Mr R.Pack. I explained what I wanted and he gave the different price options to me and the capability of each aerial. As I wanted 2 TV’s to run off the one aerial, he advised me accordingly. He got the installation completed in a very neat and efficient way. I would say that Mr Pack is a credit to your company or any other he decided to work for, in the way he did the installation and advice given to me.

I have worked with Loughborough Aerials for 3 years during this time I have found them to be very professional, diligent and flexible. They have been security cleared to work in HMP & YOI Onley, demonstrating a good sense of security awareness at all times while working within the prison environment. I am writing to thank you very much for the excellent service your company provided when we recently requested an appraisal of our television reception. The engineer arrived when promised and quickly offered an assesment of our requirements. He politely outlined the alternatives and offered constructive advice without pressurising into any particular alternative. When we decided on the most suitable for our needs he very quickly and efficiently carried out the installation, completing the work with the minimum of disruption. He then very kindly offered to set up a new digibox we had purchased the day before but could not get working. He even found an RF lead for us amongst his equipment, which had not been supplied with the package. The engineers name was Mr R.Pack. So far we have been extremely pleased with the results and have received a picture better than we have done for years. We look forward to enjoyable multi-channel viewing for many years to come.
